We reached out to Brian on a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did! We decided to do a home inspection on our own house to help understand if there were any glaring issues we weren't aware of and to help us focus potential home improvement projects. Brian is extremely thorough and professional, he was super responsive and did an amazingly detailed look at the house (he spent about 4 hours) and walked us through all the details we needed in terms we understood. I can't recommend him highly enough and know we will use him for any home inspection needs in the future.

We chose Brian based on his many 5 star reviews and are happy to add our own to the mix. He is an excellent communicator and reached out very quickly to confirm the info in our request and explain a little about the home inspection process. He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from joining him on the inspection where we were very pleased to see how thorough he was. Knowing we were first-time home buyers he made sure to explain things in a way we could understand and gave us a wealth of information and advice on maintaining a home. Due to an issue with access to the attic he even fit a second visit very quickly into his busy schedule to make sure we had all the information we could in order to move forward with confidence. Brian was professional, trustworthy, and detail oriented- all the things you look for in a home inspector. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Brian was great! He was accommodating for our quick schedule, and very thorough in his inspection. As first time homeowners he described the inspection process to us and all things he looks for. At the end of the inspection he walked us through things he found, but also taught us about yearly maintenance to keep up on with the house. He is very professional and his background makes him knowledgable in this area. I would HIHGLY recommend for anyone needing a home inspection.

Brian is a true professional and I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Brian is a consummate professional with a personal touch. I have past experience in rehab construction. Brian knows his craft, and he wants his client/s to know his craft too. He stopped at key moments during each phase of his inspection despite my conceding I'm experienced in the field. This is an important HUMAN connection. I got Brian's name from my broker as one of her short-list of reliable inspectors and for very good reason. Brian stepped up for me when I found a house, 3 days prior to traveling out of town and 3 weeks before a negotiated closing. Despite his already very busy schedule, he agreed to see my house before going to his big meeting 2 towns away! Totally reliable, effective, professional and friendly. What a delight to work with! Brian made this stressful part of home-buying a breeze. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with him as I know I will be contacting him again in the future. Brian did an inspection on the home that we just purchased. since we were moving from out of town our realtor handled the inspection. I wanted to write this review because after moving and living in my new place for over a month I had a question for him and he took the time to go over his notes and address my concern. He explained it very thoroughly and I really appreciate that he took the time to take care of my needs. I will recommend using him in the future if there is a need in the future...
